In total there have already been 91 manifestations of interest received by the Public Works Department of the Municipality of Terni, in response to the market survey searching for economic operators to be invited for the purpose of awarding engineering and architectural services for the various planned interventions of the project in this first phase. The total starting price for all the services to be assigned was about 630,000 euro.
“It is to be reminded that the project, the only one financed in Umbria under the Line A Village Plan, is very complex and foresees 45 interventions to be completed by 2026. For this reason - says the councillor for public works Benedetta Salvati – we consider the response of economic operators to this first survey very positive and should help us to indicate the designers for some of the works and interventions. This preparatory phase is very delicate both from a procedural and technical point of view and our technical offices are being engaged, which are also dealing with other important works at the same time”.
In particular. for the design of the equipment and services for outdoor sport in the old sports field of Cesi, there are eight economic operators admitted. For the design of the refurbishment of the Belelli astronomical observatory, the refurbishment planning of the former clay pigeon shooting area to be used as a service centre for outdoor sports, the creation of a network of trails, MTB trails, a paragliding launch area and the installation of climbing walls, there are seven economic operators admitted. For the planning of the recovery of the walls and mediaeval towers there are sixteen economic operators admitted and for the planning of the former convent of St.Onofrio, there are fourteen economic operators admitted. For the recovery design of Stocchi palace and the former church of St. Andrew there are twenty-four economic operators admitted. Finally for the recovery design of the former convent of Mother Francesca Peticca there are twenty-two economic operators selected.
Soon there will also be manifestations of interest for the planning of the expansion of the parking lot below the village and the mechanised route from the parking lot to the village.
