The fourth and final stage starts at Acquasparta and arrives at Cesi, passing the Sangemini Water Spring Park, the historical centre of San Gemini, Valleantica and Terni.
The route is mostly on asphalt except for a stretch from the fork for Portaria to the Sangemini Water Spring Park.
It goes along secondary roads with little traffic except for the stretch that goes through Terni where it is necessary to pay attention, despite the fact that many urban cycling paths and the pedestrian centre have been indicated.
This last stage is quite easy with the only real climb at the end of the route to return to Cesi.
