The first stage of the Mount Martani Tour starts from Cesi. It reaches the historical centre of San Gemini passing by the water spring park and proceeds downhill to Terni, passing through Valleantica on the hills overlooking the Terni basin.
It goes through the historical centre of Terni to then immerge onto the Val Serra and arrives at Spoleto. A tour inside the historical centre is planned to admire its prestigious monuments (Albornoz Fortress, Bridge of Towers, the Cathedral and Drusus Arch).
The next stretch is hilly with many ups and downs passing through the village of Castel Ritaldi to then arrive at Montefalco, where an overnight stop is foreseen.
